The end of summer isn't just a fun time for home cooks and chefs looking to play with all the freshest ingredients. For Odd Society Spirits, it's when British Columbia-grown salal berries are harvested and incorporated into its own Wallflower gin to create its own version of a British sloe gin: the Odd Society salal gin. For a unique way to try the new spirit, which was just released on October 10, try making this negroni at home.
3/4 oz. Odd Society Salal gin
Build all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
Enjoy!
