Throughout 2020, Pourhouse will be going back in time for the 100th anniversary of prohibition, celebrating with drinks from places that Americans could imbibe. In Februrary, Pourhouse's bar manager Adam Domet will focus on France with The Scofflaw, a drink made with Sazerac Straight rye whiskey, Noilly Prat dry vermouth, Bitter Truth EXR liqueur, and house-made grenadine.

60 mL Knob Creek rye whisky
15 mL Noilly Prat dry vermouth
5 mL grenadine
1 dash Scrappy’s orange bitters
1 strip lemon zest, for garnish

Combine ingredient in a mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted.

Serve in your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with a long twist of lemon.
