Professor Suzuki cocktail

An Earth-friendly cocktail in honour of David Suzuki

Justin Taylor, bar manager of Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, creates many drinks that reflect Vancouver's abundance and landscape. Here's one in honour of David Suzuki that's perfect for the patio. 

2 oz. thyme-infused Long Table Vodka
1/4 oz. Okanagan Spirits Sea Buckthorn Liqueur
1/4 oz. Okanagan Spirits Cranberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 oz. honey water, made using 1 part honey to 1 part water
1/2 oz. lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice to shaker.

Shake for 15 seconds and double strain into coupe glass.
