Maybe the weather this past weekend didn't allow for a picturesque Easter egg hunt with kids running around on lush rolling hills at the park, but that doesn't mean you can't still enjoy a summery and boozy drink on the patio. Michael Kaisaris at Re-Up BBQ in B.C. shares his recipe for a peach tea punch with bourbon that will make you feel like you're partying at the horse races.

2 cups water
2 orange pekoe tea bags
1 cup loosely packed mint leaves
2 cups peach nectar
1/2 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup simple syrup
2 cups ginger ale
2 cups club soda
2 cups Bourbon

Bring the water to a rolling boil. Add the tea bags and mint leaves, and let steep for 2 minutes. Chill.

Add the peach nectar, lemonade concentrate, simple syrup and ginger ale. Dilute with club soda to taste.

To serve, place the mixture in a punch bowl or spigoted beverage dispenser. Fill a tall glass with ice, add 1/4 cup of bourbon, and top with the peach tea.

Garnish with peach slices and mint.
