Rise's ginger kombucha, straight out of the fridge, is hard to beat, but you can transform it into a holiday-ready drink with just a couple of ingredients. Try this warming drink with pressed apple juice and spiced rum today.
1 oz. lemon juice, plus more for garnish
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 1/4 oz. pressed apple juice
1 1/2 oz. spiced rum
8 1/2 oz. Rise ginger kombucha
2 cinnamon sticks, for garnish
1 scoop vanilla ice cream, optional
Dip the rim of a mason jar in lemon juice, then dip in a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
Toss in a few ice cubes. Add pressed apple juice, spiced rum Rise ginger kombucha.
Stir, garnish with cinnamon sticks and see you tomorrow morning!
