Looks like we're not the only ones who are fans of Vancouver's Royal Dinette. The restaurant recently won an award in the best Pacific Northwest category from Vancouver Magazine's 2017 Restaurant Awards. Now, you can steal this drink by making it at home with bar manager Kaitlyn Stewart's recipe.
3/4 oz. Odd Society Spirits Wallflower Gin
1/2 oz. Odd Society Spirits Bittersweet Vermouth
1/4 oz. hibiscus syrup
1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
1/4 oz. tonic syrup
1 dash green strawberry bitters
soda, to top
Combine All ingredients into a shaker tine, excluding the soda water, and shake. Fine strain into a Burgundy glass over ice. Top with soda.
Garnish with hibiscus buds and dried citrus.
(You can replace the house made tonic syrup with bottled tonic water. If you do this, skip the soda water.)
