1 Orange, zest only
1 oz. rose Earl Grey syrup
1 dash tobacco or Angostura bitters
2 oz. Sheringham Seaside gin
1 dash orange bitters
In a rocks glass, add the orange. Add syrup and bitters along with a small splash of gin and muddle the zest to express the oils.
Add the remaining Seaside Gin along with ice and garnish with another zest of orange.
Rose Earl Grey syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 handful dried red roses
2 Earl Grey tea bags
Add sugar and water to a pot and bring to boil over high heat. Remove from heat and add dried red roses and Earl Grey tea. Let infuse for 5 minutes then strain into a jar and store in refrigerator.
