Need a sweet sipper to carry on the lovey dovey celebrations at home? This cocktail from Tuc Craft Kitchen combines rose, raspberry gin and white Crème de Cacao for a smooth, floral and sweet drink that's great for a night in.

1 ½ oz. Odd Society Wallflower gin
3/4 oz. raspberry liqueur
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. White Crème de Cacao
3 drops rose water
3/4 oz. raspberry rose syrup
2 raspberries, for garnish

Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker and fill with ice.

Shake and double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. 

Garnish with two raspberries.

Raspberry rose syrup

1 pint raspberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup dried rosehips

Over medium heat, combine water and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. Add raspberries and rosehip and infuse until syrup is cool. Strain into a mason jar and refrigerate for up to one month.
