Cardamom doesn't just belong in savoury cooking. Add it to your pisco sour. Ryan Johnson, bartender at TUC Craft Kitchen in Vancouver, came up with this drink as a part of Pride Cocktail Crawl fundraiser for Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.
1 ½ oz. Pisco El Gobernador
			¾ oz. Giffard Mangalore liqueur
			¾ oz. lemon juice
			1 egg white
			3 dashes orange bitters
			2 drops Firewater tincture
			3 cardamom pods
			 cardamom bitters, to mist
	In a cocktail shaker, muddle cardamom pods with Mangalore liqueur.
Add remaining ingredients, dry shake, then shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Spray with atomized cardamom bitters mist over top.
