Uva Wine and Cocktail Bar recently announced their new Negroni menu and, we must admit, we love ourselves a clever spin on a classic Negroni. If you can't make it to Uva to try out their Negroni variations, try your hand at making L’Essenziale in the comfort of your own home.
L’Essenziale
1 oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
1 oz. Lillet rosé
1 oz. Cocchi Americano
1 drop wild orange essential oil
1 dehydrated orange slice, for garnish
Pour all ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass.
Stir well and pour into a double old fashioned glass over ice.
Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice and serve.
