Gravity), the futuristic Cosmonaut is a refined and elegant blend of Grey Goose La Poire, ginger liqueur, fresh lime and cardamom bitters, built over "planetary" ice spheres. Also inspired by the film and its sleek stylisation, the space-candy cover grape adds a touch of playful glamour.
The Cosmonaut
2 ounces Grey Goose Le Poire
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce ginger liqueur
1 dash cardamom bitters
In a round rocks glass over a large spherical ice ball, build ingredients in the order they appear in list.
Garnish with space candy-dusted grape and sip!
