To celebrate Canadian producers and ingredients, Wolf in the Fog launched its new Local Legend cocktail program. One of the items on the menu is this negroni, made with Sheringham Seaside gin, Legend Distillery's Naramata amaro and Odd Society Bittersweet vermouth, all from the West Coast.
The restaurant, located on Vancouver Island, specializes in seasonal cuisine that features seafood as well as greens and mushrooms from Tofino.
In a mixing glass, combine gin, amaro and vermouth. Add ice, stir and strain into a rocks glass over an ice sphere.
Garnish with orange twist.
