Bartender Jesse Werkman of ALTA loves the reaction he gets from people after trying his drink for the first time. The Rhubarb adds great acidity without using citrus.
1 ½ oz. Eau Claire Three Point Vodka
			1/2 oz. dry Curaçao
			1 oz. fresh rhubarb juice
			3/4 oz. unripe apricot cordial
	Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. The add ice, shake vigourously, and double strain into a coupe glass. Enjoy!
