Any day is a cause for celebration and good day to pop open to bottle of bubbles; but you don't have to drink Champagne as is, they're great in cocktails, like this Seelbach cocktail with bourbon, Cointreau, bitters and Champagne.
Seelbach
1 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Cointreau
7 dashes Angostura Bitters
7 oz. Peychaud's bitters
Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne
Stir all ingredients, except Champagne, briefly over ice, strain into a chilled flute, top with Champagne and garnish with lemon peel twist.
