With blueberries and pomegranate juice, this sake cocktail from Ki Modern Japanese + Bar is pretty close to being a healthy drink.
2 sprigs mint
1 handful blueberries
2 oz. Junmai sake
1 oz. pomegranate juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
simple syrup
club soda
Add mint, blueberries and ice to shaker. Then add sake and juices.
Shake Vigorously and pour into a tall glass.
Top with syrup to taste and soda.
Garnish with additional mint and blueberries.
