Want an easy-to-make, yet sophisticated, cocktail for your holiday party? East Thirty-Six's Julien Salomone has come up with for this season, including this one. Loosely based on, but more complex than a vodka cran,this cocktail gets its warmth from Grand Marnier, fruit from pomegranate liqueur, and bite from Dillon’s wormwood bitters.
1½ oz. Dillon's vodka
1/2 oz. Pama pomegranate liqueur
1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
1/4 oz. lime juice
2 dashes Dillon’s wormwood bitters
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour ingredients into shaker. Shake, and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with dried cranberries and a lime twist or wedge.
