Nope, we're not condoning gun violence. This potent cocktail from Boulevard Kitchen and Bar, enriched with maple smoke, is a nod to the Stanley Park cannon 9 p.m. blasts that was originally established by the Department of Marine and Fisheries in 1898 to signify the Sunday closure of fishing.
1 ½ oz. Maple Smoked Okanagan Spirits McLoughlin and Steele Whisk
1/2 oz. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
			1/2 oz. Campari
			1/4 oz. Canadian maple syrup
			3 dashes Angostura Bitters
			1 cherry, as garnish
In a mixing glass, stir ingredients together. Serve in an old fashioned glass over ice.
