One of Edmonton's most well-known restaurants, North 53, is having a special brunch on Saturday, May 6. If you aren't in town for the good eats and drinks, then celebrate on your own time at home with this bubbly-based Sunset Rider cocktail by barkeep, Tyler Gushaty.
Sunset Rider
1/2 oz. No. 3 gin
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz. Veuve Clicquot
In a shaker tin, pour No.3 Gin, Aperol, St. Germaine, Fresh Lemon Juice, Grapefruit Juice over ice and shake.
Strain into flute glass and top with Veuve Clicquot Brut.
Garnish with a blackberry and lemon zest.
