You may not think of the Caribbean when you think about the festive season, but head bartender of Toronto's Canoe restaurant, Jeff Sansone, has a holiday version of the dark and stormy that you'll want to create over and over.
1½ oz. spiced rum
			2 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
			3 oz. ginger beer
			1/2 oz. clove simple syrup
			1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
	In a tall glass filled with ice, add all ingredients in the order they appear on the list. 
Garnish with fresh cranberries.
