1 1/2 oz. Tequila Don Julio AƱejo
4 pieces pineapple
1/2 oz. lemongrass syrup
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1/2 oz. lime juice
lemongrass stocks, garnish
lemon wheel, garnish
Combine all ingredients except for garnish in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass.
Garnish with lemon wheel and lemongrass stock.
