New Year's Eve isn't just about the bubbles. Welcome your party guests with a cocktail before they move onto the Champagne. This Winter Whiteout Negroni, made with sweet white vermouth and Luxardo Bitter Bianco instead of Campari, offers a different and elegant take on the traditional version.
1 part Bombay Sapphire gin
			1 part Martini Bianco vermouth
			1 part Luxardo Bitter Bianco
			1 cinnamon stick
	In a mixing glass, add the Bombay Sapphire, Martini Bianco and Luxardo bitter Bianco. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir to chill and dilute. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
