30 mL Hennessy Very Special Cognac
30 mL Cocchi Rosa
5 mL Amaro Averna
2 dashes orange bitters
1 strip orange zest, for garnish
1 cherry, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, stir for 10-15 seconds.
Pour over large ice cube in a rocks glass.
