Uva Wine and Cocktail bar has recently developed six drinks that centre around the classic build of a Negroni. This classic Italian cocktail typically consists of gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, but Uva put their special spin on the Negroni to create a cocktail that swaps out Campari for the herbaceous flavours of Bitter Bianco and the floral spritz that comes from the use of creme de violette, creating a totally new experience for cocktail fans.

Violetta
1 oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
3/4 oz. Bitter Bianco
1 oz. Cocchi Americano
3 sprays creme de violette
Pour all of your ingredients except the creme de violette into a mixing glass.
Stir then pour into a chilled coupe.
In a clean spray bottle, spray your creme de violette on top and garnish with a dehydrated lemon.
