Enjoying festive cocktails and desserts are easily two of our favourite ways to indulge over the holidays, but when you show us an inventive recipe that combines the two, that delicious dessert-meets-cocktail is going straight to the top of our list.
If you don’t happen to have this particular gin liqueur from Wayward Distillery on hand, any berry-based gin liqueur will make a fine substitute.

1.5 oz Wayward Distillery Raspberry Gin Liqueur
.05 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (or non-dairy alternative)
Shake Wayward Distillery Raspberry Gin Liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white vigorously with ice for 20 seconds.
Strain the liquid into one half of the shaker tin and dump the ice.
Dry shake vigorously for another 10 seconds, then pour over ice cream into a sundae glass.
To finish, garnish the cocktail with fresh raspberries!
