Amber Gibson covers travel, food, wine for Forbes and her writing has also appeared in Saveur, Departures, Robb Report, NPR, National Geographic Traveler, Conde Nast Traveler, Four Seasons Magazine, Hemispheres and Serious Eats. She graduated as valedictorian from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and received a fellowship to attend the 2017 Wine Writers Symposium at Meadowood Napa Valley. Career highlights include dining with Francis Mallmann at his home in Uruguay, flying a plane to the Grand Canyon, spearfishing in Mexico and partying with Massimo Bottura at his Italian villa.
