Dan Clapson is the The Globe and Mail restaurant critic and columnist for the Prairies and has contributed to many publications including Out Magazine, Eater, Air Canada enRoute, Xtra and more. The award-winning writer is also the founder of the Blue Jay Sessions event series and a regular guest programs like Global News and CTV Morning Live. His first cookbook 'Prairie' will be released in August 2023 by Appetite by Random House. When Clapson is not writing, eating or travelling across Canada, he’s probably relaxing at a pub in Calgary with some friends.
