After a two year hiatus, Calgary’s Thomsons Kitchen and Bar has just relaunched its popular Sunday brunch buffet service.
Formerly known as Thomsons Restaurant and Sandstone Lounge, the somewhat recently-renovated Hyatt Regency Calgary eatery will be offering up an array of traditional and reimagined brunch options designed by executive chef Alexander Schäfer. Patrons are provided with plenty of options, from house-baked pastries, salds, and freshly-sliced fruits to Valbella sausages, crispy bacon, and slow-roasted Alberta beef, along with classic brunch libations like mimosas and build-your-own Caesars.
Thomsons’ Sunday brunch buffet takes place Sundays from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. and is priced at $38 per person, $19 for children, and complimentary for children under five. Reservations can be made online.
