To say it’s been a tumultuous 2022 for Saskatoon’s Bannock Express might be an understatement, but this weekend, the beloved community-minded eatery announced that it has finally found a permanent home in the Pleasant Hill neighbourhood.

For the past six months, Bannock had been sharing a location with Dulce Pastry and Chocolate and Botte Chai Bar. While the temporary partnership was certainly more amiable than the final days at its original location, it didn’t take long for the popular Bannock purveyor to outgrow the shared space.

In addition to accommodating the required capacity for storage and in-person dining, Bannock’s new location also allows the company to offer buffet-style luncheons and a waiting area for delivery and pickup, while providing adequate space for parking and a wheelchair-accessible entrance.

Bannock Express plans to celebrate its official grand opening sometime in October. Keep an eye on the Bannock Instagram page for up-to-date announcements.
