Elevated comfort cooking need not be complicated. Take Hearth, in Saskatoon, for instance. From cocktails to mains, Beth Rogers and Thayne Robstad prove that a modern quality dining experience can be delivered via Prairie cooking in a neighbourhood restaurant. For a taste of Rogers' cooking, which will be featured at our Prairie Grid Dinner Series this year, try this mushrooms on toast recipe at home.
