Oh kitty girl, we can't lie to you. If you aren't coming to Drags Benny Saskatoon (our fundraiser drag brunch in support of Saskatoon Pride) at Remai Modern on May 5, 2019 then you will be missing out!

No tea, no shade.

The good news is, though, that you can easily whip up our event's signature cocktail, a spin on a mimosa, in the comfort of your own home. Award-winning bar manager, Madeleine MacDonald (Calgary's Calcutta Cricket Club) found inspiration for this bubbly brunch concoction from drag queen Laila McQueen's vibrant hair and makeup. Lemon, raspberry purée, gin and lavender bitters help to flip the predictable idea behind a mimosa on its head.

Thanks RI for being gay with us this weekend!
