In celebration of its 30th year in business, Calgary's award-winning Teatro has assembled four alumni chefs and four alumni beverage experts for a unique dinner event on April 27, 2023.

The evening will see past chefs Michael Allemeier (SAIT), Jason Barton-Browne (Deane House), Daniel Ramon and Romaula Coladon (EAT) coming together to create a nostalgic five-course dinner. The restaurant's soon-to-be-departed chef David Leeder will also be taking part.

All dishes will be paired with interesting drinks courtesy of former familiar faces of the Teatro FOH like Jimmy Nguyen (Roy's Kitchen) and Andrea Robinson.

"This event is a celebration of the Teatro Group's 30 years of excellence, showcasing the talents of past alumni who have helped shape the group into the culinary powerhouse it is today," said the restaurant in their announcement of the alumni dinner.

Tickets for Teatro's alumin dinner event cost $283.50 (plus taxes and fees) and now be purchased online. Each ticket includes a five-course dinner with pairings.
