Bell Media’s first food and lifestyle channel, Gusto, will launch two new original culinary series Bonacini’s Italy and Nigella: At My Table on June 4.
Both series will bring international-cuisine into Canadian households. In 15 episodes? Bonacini’s Italy will feature traditional dishes from various Italian regions. Celebrity chef Michael Bonacini will prepare dishes ranging from simple tomato-and-bread salad to more sophisticated beef stew and beans in the style of small birds. British gourmet, Nigella Lawson, will feature some old-fashion British classics with an innovative take in her six-episode long series, Nigella: At My Table. Lawson will prepare dishes like Queen of Puddings, chicken and pea traybake and many more.
"Tapping culinary influencers like Bonacini and Lawson is a no-brainer, and we're thrilled to be able to add them to our premium lifestyle lineup this spring," said Pat DiVittorio, vice president of CTV and Specialty Programming.
Nigella: At My Table will air on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET., and Bonacini's Italy will air on Mondays at 8:30 p.m. ET.
