After months and months of anticipation, the time has finally come. Vin Mon Lapin is opened for business! The announcement was officially made via Instagram that the Little Italy restaurant would run its first service tonight from 5 p.m. to midnight. Anyone following @joebeefmtl and @vinmonlapin over the past few days likely saw it coming: several hints had been dropped over the past few days on social media that the opening was impending.
The menu features both old and new, including a delectable spin on their sister restaurant Vin Papillon's ham and cheese, complete with tomato passata for some Little Italy flare. And of course there are plenty of sippable natural wines to pair with it all.
So if you’re in Montreal and able to swing by for the opening night, good luck! As with all of the Joe Beef restaurants, the hardest part is landing a table!
