Caesar garnishes have become pretty elaborate at some restaurants, but you can't beat a little bit of cured meat and pickles when it comes to Caesar pairing. For your next Caesar, make it this Ploughman's Caesar with Walter Craft Caesar mix.
2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice
1 to 2 tbsp Walter Craft Caesar Rim
1 oz. gin
4 oz. Walter Craft Caesar Mix (mild spice)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce
1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
1 sprig rosemary
1 bar spoon pickle brine
1 pinch salt
charcuterie meat, for garnish
cherry or grape tomatoes, for garnish
mini bocconcini, for garnish
Rim glass with lemon juice and Walter Craft Caesar Rim.
Fill glass with ice, add gin, Walter Craft Caesar Mix, and remaining ingredients, except garnish. Stir gently.
Garnish with meats, tomatoes and cheese. Enjoy!
