It's not that Pamela Anderson was ever not in the public eye, but the endearing Canadian-born actress, model and author is having quite the resurgence as of late. It's lovely to see.
Last year's stint on Broadway playing Roxie Hart in Chicago was met with much fanfare. Next came her heartfelt Netflix documentary Pamela, a love story on January 10 followed by the release of her latest book Love, Pamela on January 31.
All of these things have created the momentum to have folks around the globe falling in love with Pamela Anderson all over again...but this time around, we're all understanding and appreciating her a lot more. Above all else, she's proved that her multi-faceted creativity can lead her to success down many paths.
Pamela Anderson's plant-based cooking series is in the works
The latest path to speak of is Pamela’s Cooking With Love (working title), a new cooking production greenlit by Corus Studios earlier this month. Announced earlier this month and set to premiere on Food Network Canada in 2024, the inaugural season Pamela's Cooking With Love will consist of eight, one-hour episodes where Anderson will cook alongside a mix of notable chefs to create plant-based meals that are ideal for all types of occasions.
“Creating elegant and inviting spaces that inspire a compassionate, calm and healthy environment has always been important to me and comes naturally,” said Pamela Anderson in Corus Studios' announcement. “Corus Studios and I have set mutual goals with good intentions. It’s been a learning curve – and I am confident they will be a positive partner in helping bring my true vision to life.”
The new cooking show—as well as her HGTV series Pamela's Garden of Eden, which is filming its second season—is produced by Fireworks Media Group. Anderson also serves as an executive producer on the project.

Pamela's Cooking With Love will be filmed on Vancouver Island, no doubt paying homage to a myriad of locally-grown ingredients as Anderson is an avid gardener. Here's to hoping a few quality BC-made spirits and wines grace the screen too!
