After more than 10 years serving as a standalone destination for Parisian-inspired pastries and delicious baked goods, Vancouver's Beaucoup Bakery announced this week that it will soon be opening up a second location inside of the historic St. Regis Hotel.
The elegantly-designed 1,300 square-foot space will aim to offer patrons a similar experience as its Fir Street predecessor, serving up an assortment of Beaucoup’s most popular items, along with a new selection of sweet and savoury creations.
“We’ve been searching for the right location for a while now, and cannot wait to bring Beaucoup Bakery to the heart of downtown Vancouver,” explains Beaucoup Bakery co-owner and pastry chef Betty Hung. “The St. Regis Hotel has so much character and history behind it. The team has been incredible to work with, and we look forward to opening our doors this autumn.”
