Anyone who knows Beaucoup Bakery knows that it loves unveiling creative seasonal collections of baked goods and with Lunar New Year swiftly approaching, ushering in the Year of the Dragon is certainly no exception!
Available from January 27 to February 11, 2024, and currently available to pre-order online, the bakery's Year of the Dragon Collection includes an osmanthus peach tiramisum, sets of cookies inspired by the classic dragon's beard candy, and a black sesame cruffin.
“The dragon is known to be the most auspicious and majestic of all the zodiac signs, and we wanted to mark the start of this Lunar New Year with exciting new offerings for our guests,” says Beaucoup Bakery's co-owner Betty Hung.
The bakery is also launching a limited edition croissant collaboration with Chinatown BBQ. Available exclusively during Taste of Chinatown at the Chinatown Storytelling Centre at 11 a.m. on February 9 and 10, the AAA Beef Brisket Curry Cheese Croissant is a curry-infused pastry with Chinatown BBQ's curry AAA beef brisket, fresh mozzarella, cheddar and gruyere.
