With the Calgary Stampede now just over a week away and the 10 days of festival programming thought to be all revealed, the Calgary Stampede surprised event-goers today with a last-minute addition to this year’s festivities.
Taking place on the last day of Stampede at Nashville North, the new Calgary Stampede Drag Brunch will be co-hosted by Drag Race France host Nicky Doll and Calgary-based queen Karla Marx, alongside an all-star lineup of Alberta performers that includes Valerie Hunt, Felicia Bonée, Argintina Hailey, Lady Boom Boom, and more.
“We’re excited to expand Stampede’s programming and bring some amazing international and local drag talent to the Stampede Midway,” says Stampede Programming director Kyle Russell. “We have an incredible lineup set to perform, for what is sure to be a party in our iconic venue, Nashville North.”
