One of our favourite local holiday traditions will soon be making a return to Calgary. Following an announcement made late last month, we are happy to report that Cowboys Dance Hall’s annual Jingle Balls event is taking place on December 9.
With a portion of proceeds going toward 2SLGBTQIA+ non-profit Rainbow Railroad, Cowboy’s ninth annual holiday drag event will be hosted by Calgary queen Farrah Nuff and will feature performances by a lineup of local drag legends, including Misty Meadows, Argintina Hailey, Lola Jett, and many more.
Event-goers will also have a fun way to contribute toward the fundraising initiative by entering the Red-Nosed Raffle for a chance to win a gift from under the Christmas tree (gifts valued at $20 or more) or by playing the Balloon Blitz where guests can pop a balloon to win a prize (valued between $5 and $20).
Cowboys’ Jingle Balls drag event will kick off on December 9 at 7:45 p.m. General admission, VIP tables, and party passes are available to purchase through Showpass.
