The Calgary restaurant group takes the helm of on-campus catering, events, and food services

Hotel Arts has trained and hired hundreds of SAIT graduates

A new partnership between Calgary’s Hotel Arts Group and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) was announced this week that will see the popular restaurant group provide curated on-campus catering programs for meetings, events, weddings, and student meal plans.

“Hotel Arts Group is extremely excited to be working with SAIT,” says Hotel Arts Group vice president and general manager Mark Wilson. “I am so very proud we can share the talents of our passionate team of artisans–many of whom are SAIT trained–to enhance the experience of campus life. This really speaks to SAIT supporting local business and engaging the community as partners.”

SAIT alum and Hotel Arts executive chef Quinn Staple and Food and Beverage Director Holly Parks have also developed an array of new breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, which will be unveiled in conjunction with the launch of SAIT’s new 4,000 square-foot Begin Tower Dining Centre this upcoming September.
