We’ve already shared a few of our favourite Easter activities happening this upcoming weekend in Vancouver, but one more interesting option recently came across our radars that is definitely worth checking out.
Potluck Hawker Eatery’s one-day-only Easter brunch is a seven-course family-style feast that features a fantastic array of fragrant and flavourful dishes influenced by Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Thai, and Vietnamese ingredients.
Some of Potluck’s Easter brunch offerings include a Hot Cross Chicken Sando, the Hawker Benny (coconut creamed kale, smoked salmon laab, bacon rendang), the Bò Né "Steak & Eggs (6 oz striploin with braised meatball, pate, two eggs, country bread), and Potluck’s popular Mama Cheung’s Laksa.
Reservations for Potluck’s Easter Sunday brunch on Sunday, April 17 can be made online. A limited number of brunch items will also be available for takeout on a first-come-first-serve basis.
