An exciting new addition to Saskatoon’s Stoked Centre is getting ready to open this week, offering guests a slew of new food and beverage options to enjoy alongside the many fun activities available at the centre.

Led by celebrated Saskatoon chef Anthony McCarthy, Stoked Kitchen and Bar will feature an approachable assortment of menu items that range from shareable starters to traditional and elevated pub grub fare, along with plenty of kid-friendly options as well as a custom Chef’s Table experience located in the heart of the restaurant’s kitchen.

“It’s for people who want to go on a culinary adventure. Left in my hands, I will tailor a coursed meal complete with wine pairings,” says chef McCarthy. “There was nothing like this when our kids were younger, a place where we could enjoy a fine meal and take our time. When the kids are done eating, they can go and play.”

Stoked Kitchen and Bar officially opens to the public on February 18 and will be open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to midnight and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
