After taking last week off for an extended Canada Day vacation, we are back in the Eat North Variety Pack "studio" (a.k.a. our virtual Skype meeting room) for another hour of thoughtful conversations, food, drink and music.

Mairlyn Smith and Dan Clapson are joined again by Toronto-based panelist Deepi Harish before welcoming our special guests to the show. First up, we have Fairmont Palliser's executive chef, Eraj Jayawickreme, who will prepare a fun summer salad and chat about his career as chef who has spent years working in Toronto, Winnipeg and Calgary.

Next, Ol' Beautiful Brewing Co. brewer and drag performer, Kevin Learning (Anne Xiety) will talk to us about diversity in the craft brewing world and how he has helped to create brews that support the community in past Pride seasons.

Manitoba country singer Jade Turner will close out the show with a short chat followed by a performance of her brand new single "Highway Town".
