Canadian country artist JoJo Mason is currently spending time in the studio working on new music. His debut full-length album Both Sides Of The Bar was released in June 2017 and following that, he was nominated for the 2017 CCMA Rising Star Award. Mason is a current nominee for the 2018 CCMA Awards and, to date, has had an impressive four top-20 singles on Canadian country music radio.
Earlier this year, he was out on the road in support of the James Barker Band. Mason's music is about having fun, appreciating life and sharing stories, just like getting together with close friends at a bar sharing stories over a cold one. Take a listen to JoJo's latest tunes and read all about where the talented Canadian country star loves to eat and drink around his hometown of Vancouver.
Breakfast
Not going to lie, this is probably one of my favourite places on Earth. Everywhere else I go for breakfast I get the same thing, but not at Cora's. I’ve gone through probably half of the menu and have yet to be disappointed!
Lunch
I love chicken, and I love chicken in sandwiches, but I’ve never had a better chicken sandwich than I have at Wendel’s Bookstore & Café. I could eat here for months straight, maybe even years, just eating this sandwich. This is definitely the coolest little café Fort Langley has to offer.
Dinner
The Hawthorne is super rad. As soon as you walk in, it feels unique, authentic, genuine. The staff is amazing, the food is even better and they seem to have a beer to go perfectly with everything on the menu. This has been my new go-to place since moving into my condo!
Drinks
I used to work at Cactus Club way back in the day as a bartender, so I know what goes into making all of the drinks and cocktails. Date night with the lady or watching sports with the bros, Bellinis and whiskey shots will always be my go-to.
