Aprés ski in Whistler just got more delicious! Acclaimed chef and owner of Hawksworth Restaurant, Nightingale Restaurant and Bel Café, David Hawksworth just launched the fourth annual Hawksworth x Steeps pop-up lunch series in cooperation with Whistler Blackcomb ski resort. Steeps Grill & Wine Bar, located at the top of the Whistler Mountain, hosted the first lunch of the series this past Saturday, January 19, 2019.

"With such an incredible start to the season, I'm looking forward to hitting the slopes and sharing an amazing culinary experience with my fellow mountain lovers," says Hawksworth.

The three-course lunch series highlight local ingredients combined with the natural beauty of North America’s largest ski resort. The menus feature Hawksworth-style dishes, such as roasted beet salad with whipped goat cheese, tomato and saffron fish soup with baked ling cod, bourbon butterscotch and maple whip, and more. Patrons can enjoy Hawksworth restaurant’s award-winning cocktail, The Hotel Georgia, with their lunch as well.

Look for the next pop-up lunchs on February 9 and March 16, 2019.
