Starting today, people in Toronto can experience a real taste of Italy, even on the go, at the new fast-casual restaurant, Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta To Go. It’s the restaurant’s first franchise location outside of Europe and the only one in North America. This 24-seat restaurant aims to satisfy the need in the Italian market for quick-serve, affordable pasta. 

Dal Moro’s menu features a seven handmade pastas (fusilli, spaghetti, penne, fettuccine, gnocchi, rigatoni and linguine), each of which can be paired with the 12 house-made sauces, such as a classic creamy alfredo sauce, pomodoro, pesto, carbonara, bolognese and frutti di mare, all made from fresh ingredients and are free of preservatives and additives. Prices on the menu range from $8 to $12 per serving.

For those with a sweet tooth, the restaurant also offers classic or Nutella tiramisu for dessert.

 

Named after its chef/owner Gabriele Dal Moro who is a 7th-generation Venetian, Dal Moro's is aiming to show Canadians that's it's possible to enjoy authentic Italian pastas in a fast-casual environment. Orders can also be placed online for pickup or delivery through Ritual, Foodora, Door Dash, Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats.
