After hinting at an exciting new addition en route to its tasting room earlier this week, Calgary’s Dandy Brewing Company recently revealed that it will officially reopen today with a brand new pizza program. 

Although Dandy is keeping menu specifics under wraps until its official launch, the brewery has disclosed that it will employ a three-day ferment dough program and as you might expect from one of Alberta’s oldest and most community-focused breweries, they’ll be working with some of the best local suppliers available to source their ingredients. 

Dandy Brewing Company’s pizza program is set to soft launch today when the brewery and tasting room open at 4 p.m.
