One of Canada’s most anticipated culinary festivals, Eat! Vancouver features a week of interesting culinary events, including signature events Eat! Pastry Day with renowned pastry chef Thomas Haas, Swine Out featuring artisan charcuterie paired with local beer, and the Eat! Dinner series, where some of Vancouver’s top restaurants will open their kitchens to a selection of the festival’s featured chefs for exclusive collaborative dinners.

Dumpling Fest (Vancouver, B.C.) - Wednesday, November 6, 2019
Multiple restaurants between the Little Saigon, Mount Pleasant, Chinatown, Downtown, and South Granville areas of Vancouver are teaming up to create a vast range of dumplings for this year’s Dumpling Fest. Each participating restaurant will serve tasting plates and bowls for guests to discover and enjoy.

Northern Italian Truffle Dinner (Toronto, ON) - Friday, November 8, 2019
To celebrate truffle season in Italy, Cucinato Italian Culinary Studio’s chef Valentina Giorcelli has put together a four-course dinner featuring some of her favourite dishes from her home region of Piemonte. On the menu will be classics like risotto al parmigiano, brasato al Barolo, and an array of fresh, decadent truffles.

Friendsgiving Dinner (Hamilton, ON) - Friday, November 8, 2019
If you missed out on Thanksgiving this year or simply want to indulge in another turkey feast, Toronto’s Shawn and Ed Brewing Co. is hosting their second annual Friendsgiving Dinner, catered by City Farm. The evening features a four-course menu with accompanying beer tastings.

On the heels of a recent finalist nomination at the Canadian Tourism Awards, Shaunavon’s Harvest Eatery continues to impress. Origo Club, together with LVMH and Krug brand ambassador Brent Sutcliffe are hosting an exclusive five-course dinner where guests will be lavished with luxurious offerings ranging from oysters and caviar to lobster pasta with yuzu morel cream sauce. The menu will be paired with four cuvées of Krug Champagne including Krug Grande Cuvée in Magnum, Krug Rosé, and Krug Vintage 2004 and 2006.

Brewers and Foragers Beer Pairing Dinner (Canmore, AB) - Wednesday, November 13, 2019
The Sensory and Blindman Brewing are teaming up for a four-course dinner with beer pairings. Guests will get a first-hand introduction into the world of foraging from The Sensory’s chef Tracy Little. Chef Little will also explain the various sensory components of each pairing, while Blindman Brewing guest Trevor Jay will give a rundown on each beer and explain the brewing process.
