This week, the team behind popular Calgary food and beverage destinations like Donna Mac, Vine Arts, and Proof announced an exciting new concept that will be taking up residence at Eighty-Eight Brewing Co. later this month.
Though more expansive announcements about Mixtape are slated to come in the near future, so far we know that Donna Mac executive chef Laetitia Chrapchynski will be helming the kitchen and serving up a creative selection of sandwiches, Montreal-style bagels, and more in the beloved Inglewood brewery’s taproom and patio space.
Since their initial announcement over the weekend, Mixtape has been gradually revealing additional details via social media, so keep an eye on their Instagram feed for up-to-date announcements.
