Gin enthusiasts from around the world gearing up to celebrate World Gin Day next month, and it's fair to assume that there will be plenty of gin-centric celebrations happening on June 11. In our humble opinion, one of the coolest events will be taking place just outside of Saskatoon at the award-winning Black Fox Farm and Distillery.
Happening from noon to 7 p.m., Black Fox’s World Gin Day event will feature everything from complimentary gin ingredient tours to live music and entertainment, to build-your-own gin tonic stations, and much more.
“Saskatchewan has long been known for quality grains. Why could it not be known for quality spirits made from our own locally grown ingredients?” states Black Fox CEO and co-owner Barb Stefanyshyn-Cote. “We take pride in growing our own ingredients to deliver the best quality spirits and experiences.”
Event-goers will also have an opportunity to sample some of Black Fox’s award-winning catalogue of gin-based spirits, including the World’s Best Cask Gin-winning Oaked Gin, the gold medal-winning Canadian #3 Gin and Cucumber Gin, and the Masters medal-winning Haskap Gin.
Black Fox Farm and Distillery’s World Gin Day event is taking place on June 11. No reservations are required.
